Environmental Sustainability is a core pillar at Wyld, guiding how we grow our business while supporting our customers, employees, communities, and the planet. Through our Wyld Works project, we focus on environmental conservation, renewable energy adoption, waste reduction, and creating awareness for sustainable actions. Now, we’re proud to amplify the impact of Wyld Works by joining The Conservation Alliance as a Pinnacle Member.
A Milestone Moment
“Wyld is proud to have joined The Conservation Alliance, alongside brands that have inspired our own environmental journey, to generate larger collective impacts for the wild places that we care about and work to protect. Creating a pathway for profits to support environmental conservation efforts on a large scale was my #1 goal in starting Wyld, and I’m confident that the TCA’s expertise, advocacy, and intentionality will help us do just that.”
Wyld has also joined Brands for Public Lands, a coalition led by The Conservation Alliance, comprised of over 130 companies headquartered in 28 states representing varying industries and interests such as outdoor apparel and recreation. Collectively, the group represents over 62,000 employees and over $19.9 billion in revenue.
Brands for Public Lands efforts will focus on three core areas:
- Stopping the wholesale sell-off of public lands
- Defending against threats to National Monuments
- Protecting iconic landscapes from industrial extraction
About TCA
The Conservation Alliance brings together businesses and outdoor communities to protect North America’s wild places. Their mission is to harness the collective power of their members to fund and advocate for conservation, ensuring public lands remain intact for future generations.
Guided by a vision where wild places, wildlife, and people thrive together, TCA supports grassroots projects and champions policies that safeguard public lands, watersheds, and wildlife corridors across North America. Their work secures protections for public and private lands, restores ecosystems through dam removal and habitat recovery, elevates Indigenous leadership in conservation, expands access and ownership for marginalized communities, and promotes outdoor recreation economies that strengthen communities.
Wyld’s Environmental Journey
Our commitment to the environment has been a core value since Wyld’s founding, and our sustainability efforts have grown and evolved over time. What began with carbon-neutral manufacturing and renewable resource purchasing has expanded into partnerships with major environmental nonprofits to drive large-scale change. In early 2025, we unified these initiatives under Wyld Works, our comprehensive social justice and environmental sustainability project.
In addition to The Conservation Alliance, Wyld Works with many conservation-focused nonprofits. Here are a few highlights:
- The Freshwater Trust: Wyld supports TFT’s data-driven conservation approach by funding analytical tools and restoration efforts that maximize ecological impact in critical watersheds like Oregon’s Sandy River Basin. Learn more here.
- Ocean Blue Project: Wyld Works and Good Tide partner with Ocean Blue Project to remove plastic and debris from oceans and waterways, contributing to over 350,000 pounds of trash removed since 2022. Learn more here.
- Oregon Natural Desert Association (ONDA):Wyld supports ONDA’s efforts to protect, defend, and restore Oregon’s high desert by providing resources for restoration projects. Learn more here.
