At Wyld, we believe that social and racial justice isn’t just an aspiration, it’s a duty we have to our customers, employees, and community.
Social and Racial Justice is one of our four corporate ‘Pillars of Commitment,’ meaning it is a foundational value and strategic focus for our company. The Social and Racial Justice Pillar is as follows: “Wyld actively seeks out organizations with a mission to deconstruct the systemic framework that leads to inequality. It is imperative that we all work towards maintaining the fundamental rights of every individual. It is every person’s right to feel comfortable and safe in their society.”
We live in a time when the constitutional rights of immigrants in the United States are routinely undermined. While these violations are occurring around the country, Portland, Oregon has been a hotbed for such unconstitutional activity. As a proud member of the local community here in Portland, we see it as our duty to help.
Recently, we visited the Macadam ICE Facility in Portland to highlight the efforts of one of our incredible partners, Clear Clinic, and the urgent work they’re doing to protect immigrant rights.

Why This Work Matters
When someone is detained by ICE, the experience is overwhelming and uncertain. Clear Clinic steps in to ensure that constitutional due process is still upheld regardless of citizenship status. Their team of immigration attorneys and advocates works tirelessly to provide legal support, education, and rapid response for those most vulnerable.
As Clear Clinic staff immigration attorney Alondra Duran shares in the video, the past several months have brought a major shift in priorities for government officials. There’s been a sharp increase in community members being targeted, and the fear is real: people don’t know if they’ll make it out once they enter these facilities.
What Action Looks Like
Clear Clinic’s work happens everywhere—from courtrooms to community centers to the front steps of ICE facilities. They respond to raids, detentions, and emergencies when clients need them most. Alongside partners like the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PIRC), they monitor activity at processing centers and train community members to join the movement. So far, over 500 people have been trained in rapid response to help protect immigrant families that are being unconstitutionally treated.
Their message is clear: as long as ICE operates in our communities, they’ll keep showing up—every week, across the metro area—so no one faces ICE alone.
Our Commitment
At Wyld, we know these are uncertain times for our customers, employees, friends, family, and greater community. That’s why we financially support organizations like Clear Clinic that fight for fairness and dignity every day.
We’re proud to stand alongside Clear Clinic and amplify their work.
